Manfred Mittler (founder and managing partner) is a real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in consulting and finance.
He has been in managing positions at RHEINHYP Rheinische Hypothekenbank AG (later: Eurohypo AG) and Corealcredit Bank AG. Before founding Mittler Immobilien- und Finanzmanagement GmbH & Co. KG, he has been working for IVG Immobilien AG.
Since our foundation in 2009, we have accompanied transactions of a total value of more than € 6.8 billion in acquisition and finance.
Our customers are institutional investors, close-end funds, family offices, residential companies, developers, banks and wealthy individuals.
